The 12th Huzhou Writing Brush Cultural Festival is about to kick off in Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, on Sept 20. Zhang Zhi'an, a professor at Fudan University and a native of Huzhou, showcases the essence of Huzhou writing brush.
