Tong's personal journey reflects the company's dedication. Since earning his doctorate in 2006, he has spent 18 years developing ceramic materials for 5G networks and consumer electronics. During critical R&D phases, his team conducted over 100 material trials in three months to meet industry leaders' specifications.
