Since its founding four years ago, the Yangtze River Delta Entrepreneurs Union has made a great contribution to the region's industrial upgrade, innovation and development, official sources said.


Having a commitment to promoting industrial chain cooperation across the Yangtze River Delta region, the union has promoted the establishment, consolidation and strengthening of 19 industrial chain alliances, boosted scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation in the region, and built a Yangtze River Delta industrial chain community with global competitiveness and influence, said the report published at the Yangtze River Delta Entrepreneurs Union meeting held on Wednesday in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province.


"In the past four years, we have seen how enterprises along the industrial chains have collaborated and promoted technological products in the region at a greater speed. In the meantime, the union has facilitated the materialization of technological innovations and helped match innovations with market demand," said Liu Qingfeng, chairman of iFlytek.


Liu said he believed the region has huge potential for developing new quality productive forces. "Particularly in key and strategic areas, we hope to have more sayings and influence," said Liu.


"In the past few years, the union has made various problems get solved with higher efficiency," said Wang Junhao, president of JuneYao Group.


According to Wang, the platform is expected to develop in a way that is more differentiated and specialized.

Established in June 2020, the Yangtze River Delta Entrepreneurs Union has shown significant strengths in areas including organization, innovation and collaboration, operation mechanisms, integration, technology, and high-quality growth, according to the report on the region's industrial chain alliances' development.
