The 2024 Yiwu Fair launched its overseas exhibition in Jakarta, Indonesia on May 30, coinciding with the Indonesian International Hardware and Electrical Appliances Exhibition and the Indonesian International Household Goods and Gifts Exhibition.

The three-day event will showcase an array of quality products and shed light on the latest trends in small commodities.

The fair spans over 5,000 square meters and features daily consumer goods, hardware, electronics, accessories, cosmetics, and crafts. It has attracted more than 80 exhibitors from Yiwu and Indonesia, presenting thousands of products to nearly 10,000 professional buyers from the region.

Yiwu's foreign trade is a cornerstone of its prosperity, and expanding globally is crucial for the city's ongoing development.

Indonesia, as ASEAN's largest economy and a vital partner involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, is a strategic focus in Yiwu's international branding efforts.

Zhejiang China Commodities City Group Co Ltd has also established a showroom in Jakarta's Manggadua commercial center, which spans 1,000 square meters. This showroom provides a platform for sample displays, new product introductions, brand promotion, and buyer matchmaking, further aiding Yiwu's products in penetrating the Indonesian market and creating new trade pathways.
