On December 25, the summary conference of the 5th anniversary of Hangzhou Yunqi Cloud Town and the mobilization conference on the construction of Edition 2.0 of Yunqi Cloud Town was held at the International Convention and Exhibition Center of the town in Hangzhou. 

At the conference, the most striking should be the scheme of Yunqi Cloud Town Edition 2.0.

It’s introduced that after the construction of Edition 2.0 was launched, an 800-mu Shilongshan Park will be built east of the town, which will focus on aerospace information industry and deploy high-end think-tanks and scientific research institutions. The 4.9-km2 Shuangpu New District south of the town will be built into an advanced manufacture industrial park. At present, the area has introduced leading enterprises of “intelligent manufacture” such as CSSC, Yangshengtang and CNNC Environment. Additionally, the town has revised its industry and talent policies, launched a new round of landscape environment construction, sparing no effort to build a national 4A tourist attraction.

The Edition 2.0 town of Yunqi Cloud Town has also released its specific target to spare no effort to build a land for breakthrough, practice, and acceleration of the digital economy.

According to relevant principals of West Lake district, by 2022, the town will try to achieve total fiscal revenue of RMB 1.5 billion and a digital economy output value of RMB 60 billion, trying to build the “first town of the digital economy in China”.
