"We're rolling out an Amazon startup incubation project for factory owners, helping them recruit, train and manage employees. The services, along with product design, supply chain management, and brand management, will facilitate the digitization of factories that manufacture goods for foreign customers," said Ruan Xueqing, general manager of Hangzhou Qiandianbai Network Technology Co. Ltd.
As one of the cross-border e-commerce training platforms at China (Hangzhou) Cross-Border E-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area, Qiandianbai launched a program dedicated to practical skills for operating cross-border e-commerce businesses, agency services and talent incubation on Aug 6. The company has scheduled 50 training activities for 5,000 attendees from 1,000 companies over the next 12 months and help 20 manufacturing companies to shift to cross-border e-commerce providers.
"In addition to the program, the pilot area has recognized ten such training platforms, which are expected to enlarge the cross-border e-commerce talent pool, promote local brands in overseas market and advertise the pilot area in general," said Wu Changhong, head of public relations of the pilot area.
