Four reform fruits of Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone, namely streamlining the entry and exit customs clearance process of international ships, the cross-port supply model of bonded fuel oil, upgrading quarantine supervision of intermodal transportation of imported foods, and inspection and supervision of imported bonded oil, have been included in the fifth batch of eighteen reform fruits outcomes from pilot free trade zones of China and promoted nationwide.
According to statistics, since the establishment of the third batch of pilot free trade zone in April 2017, the State Council has promoted a total of forty-eight reform measures in two batches of free trade zones, ten of which have been from the Pilot Free Trade Zone of Zhejiang Province, ranking first among all China Pilot Free Trade Zones.
The eighteen reform fruits of the fifth batch range from investment management, trade facilitation, all-round supervision and other fields. Streamlining the entry and exit customs clearance process of international ships, i.e., companies can enter all information of their ships, make declaration, verify and obtain e-certificates online via the national “single window” standard system for the declaration of transportation facilities (ships) for international trade. Except for entry and exit documents of the crew and the application form for temporary entry permit, technically, the port supervision department will no longer require companies to submit other paper materials.
