Zhejiang Daily Press Group, provincial media group of East China’s Zhejiang province, released 2023 Corporate Social Responsibility Report recently, summarizing the group’s fulfilment of social responsibilities in the past year.

The report elaborated the groups social responsibilities in nine aspects including media report, cultural development, industrial layout and green development.


In 2023, Zhejiang Daily Press Group had made reports on grand events like Hangzhou Asian Games and Hangzhou Asian Para Games, focused on social and economic development of the province and carried out public supervision campaigns to fully leverage the responsibility and value of a media group.


As the first provincial-level newspaper group in China to have its media assets listed as a whole, Zhejiang Daily Press Group leverages its listing advantages and positions itself as the driver of high-quality development of the cultural industry in the province. The group cultivates and develops new productive forces, promotes the integration of media, capital, and technology, and empowers the development of cultural industry in the province.


Statistics in the report shows that in 2023, the asset and market size of Zhejiang Daily Press Group maintained stable growth, and its dissemination, influence, and market share continued to improve. The group has increased its layout and investment in advanced technology around the new strategic plan, and has initially formed three strategic points, namely big platform, big model, and big data.


The group has ranked second in the overall economic scale of newspaper group in China for many years, and was awarded titles such as "Top 10 Asian Newspaper Brands" and "China's 500 Most Valuable Brands" in 2023.
